I love being able to split a bunch of small fruits with Steve. 100 calories. Ton of variety.
So last week when I said I did two, two days in a row? Yeah I did those by “jumping up.” I know. I’m dumb. Steve finally said to me “you know you have to do those from a dead hang or they don’t count.” Derp. Of course.
I tried twice over the weekend but couldn’t get myself more than halfway up. But tonight, I did it! One full one and a second one with my chin juuuust below the bar before I dropped. Progress though! I love it! This is a true challenge and I love it. Goal is three by Sunday.
Still doing abs and arms usual routine, too, and getting in some foam rolling and stretching that I haven’t done in a while. I have really got to take better care of my hips and shins. Putting it in writing right now is a good reminder.
