Snack in bed. Fresh, yum.
Today was one of those days where it felt like my body used everything I gave it. Considering all the hiking I did, I’m sure it did. Apples, bananas, strawberries, coffee, ham and turkey sandwich, granola bar, tons of water, sausage red beans and rice, watermelon dessert. And every time I ate I was genuinely hungry. I love that feeling.
I did my 200 various abs/50 push-ups “usual routine” tonight so I wouldn’t go three nights no strength work.
Oh and I did try more pull-ups Thursday but two was still all I could manage - and my arms were sore! Wow! It’s fun trying though. I’ll try again tomorrow. I can’t wait to see how long it takes me to get to 10.
